January 27: Week 3
Our newest student, Rafael Contreas (Dominican Republic), and Valencio dominated the $10,000 A/O classic bringing home the 1st place honor! Kristin Senger (Canada) kicked off her season on Burlesque with a 3rd place finish in the Adult Modified Classic! Congratulations also goes out to Paulo and Taloubet on their 7th place finish in the CSI2* $50,000 Grand Prix!

February 3: Week 4
Rafael Contreas (Dominican Republic) and Valencio repeated their success by winning the $10,000 A/O classic for the second week in a row! Kristin Senger (Canada) and Burlesque continue their streak by finishing 4th in the $10,000 Adult Classic!

February 17: Week 6
A HUGE congratulations again to Rafael Contreras and Valencio. They moved up into the medium A/O division. They won the Friday jump off class with a fast and clean jump off. Sunday he dominated the $10,000 Medium A/O jumper classic with a sweltering time on Valencio and 4th place on Florence. Champions! Kristen Senger and Burlesque moved up to low A/O jumpers and kicked off the Friday class with a fast and clear round to finish 3rd out of more than 60 entries! Congratulations to both these great riders!

March 3: Week 8, FEI Children, Junior, and Young Rider Nations Cup
We are so thrilled and proud to announce that Manuel Fernandez Hache, of the Dominican Republic, and Maribel H came away as Champions in the 2013 CSIO Young Rider Championships at the Winter Equestrian Festival! They jumped an incredible clear round to secure victory. A tremendous victory!

Rafael Contreras of the Domincan Republic and his amazing partner Valencio finished 4th in the $10,000 A/O jumper classic. They had the winning time but a rail put them in 4th place. Amazing!

Santana Stables sends a well deserved congratulations to the children’s and junior teams. What a phenomenal performance. In particular we want to acknowledge Santana Stables alumni Siew Chiang and Vittorio Burger on their amazing performances in receiving the gold on the children’s team – champions! We also want to congratulate Julia Scampini and Keep on Fighting on a job very well done, they received team gold in the junior category. Keep on Fighting was sold to Julia by Santana Stables.

March 10: Week 9, CSIO5*
Congratulations to the top placing Brazilian rider, Paulo Santana and Taloubet in the $125,000 Ruby et Violette WEF Challenge Cup! Out of the 90 horse and rider pairs in the class 32 of those were clear in the first round. Paulo and Taloubet blazed through the timers with a double clear round to finish 7th place! Congratulations on an amazing performance.
