May: CSIO5* La Baule, France The first day of the CSIO 5* and Invitational was amazing! It was Jennifer's first time competing in Europe. She and Athena, 3rd to go in the order, led the class until the end by 10 seconds, but Brazil took 1st by a 100th of a millisecond. Jennifer and Leballah Oh placed 12th. Paulo and Taloubet finished 6th out of 55 in the qualifier Grand Prix, "Prix du Conseil General de Loire Atlantique"! June: CSIO Schweiz St. Gallen, Switzerland St. Gallen, regarded as one of the toughest and biggest shows on the Super League, lived up to its reputation. Paulo Santana and Taloubet win at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Florida

Sunday’s $25,000 Suncast 1.50m Championship Jumper Series Classic at the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival was won by Paulo Santana from Brazil and Taloubet, over a starting field of 31 entries. Wellington, FL – January 30, 2011 – The 2011 FTI Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) concluded its third week of competition on Sunday afternoon with a $25,000 Suncast 1.50m Championship Jumper Series Classic. Held in the International Arena of the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC), the class was won by Paulo Santana (BRA) and Taloubet over a starting field of 31 entries. This win was the pairs first WEF victory. This week’s course designer in the International Arena was Olaf Petersen Sr. of Germany. Paulo Santana wins Holiday and Horses grand prix

By Michele Dargan Daily News Staff Writer WELLINGTON — Capturing his biggest grand prix win on U.S. soil, Brazilian Paulo Santana aboard Taloubet put in two flawless rounds in the $50,000 Holiday and Horses FEI World Cup Grand Prix Saturday night. Charlie Jayne and Athena finished second, and Kate Levy aboard Lirving Du Volsin placed third under the lights at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. Thirty-five entries attempted Anthony D’Ambrosio’s course with only three emerging clean for the jump-off. Santana, 35, said he, his wife Jennifer and their two children moved to Wellington last year so that he could compete with riders who are among the best in the world. Wellington, FL - The $50,000 FEI World Cup Grand Prix, CSI 2* was the feature event this week at the Holiday & Horses Show, held at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. Scoring his biggest grand prix win to date was Brazil's Paulo Santana on Taloubet, owned by Jennifer Santana. Charlie Jayne of Elgin, IL, was second on The London Group's Athena, while Kate Levy (USA) rode Lirving du Volsin, owned by Christian Woschenko and Kate Levy LLC, to third place.
